We walked over the ice and snow in the middle of the night to climb into our cozy minivan and head to Florida for Christmas.
Here we are, ten hours into our trip. Svea is deliberately frumpy for this photo.
I would just like to say that Focus on the Family's production of The Chronicles of Narnia on CD is very impressive and was very fun to listen to in the car. We listened to The Dawn Treader and some of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.

We arrive in Savannah, Georgia. Here's a look at the cobblestones. Muscles carries Elin down some steep steps in the stroller.

This is just one of the many candy stores we visited in downtown Savannah.

Although I was hoping we'd bump into her, we didn't see Paula Deen.

There's a lot of good stuff in Savannah. We were happy to partake.

This gentleman was playing "Silent Night" on his accordian.

Viggo was wowed by the cobblestone streets. So was I.

And the big ol' riverboats.

Even Santa was there!

A reenactment of the Civil War. I think Svea's on the losing side.

Viggo loved the cannon.

Our little Georgia Peach is tuckered out.

Viggo and Svea run around underneath the canopy of enormous trees, trying to catch a squirrel (Nate's suggestion).
Savannah was beautiful! I wish we could have spent more time there.
On to Orlando and Downtown Disney!

Our first stop almost goes without saying. Naturally, it was the Lego store.

We had lunch at the Rainforest Cafe. Svea thought the animals there were real, and that these elephants were real.
What am I saying? Of
course they were real. :)

We enjoyed a ride on the carousel. Fun fun fun!

And believe it or not, we even ran into one of Viggo's buddies from school!
It's a small world, after all.
One more stop to look at all the Lego creations.
Now on to Grandma and Grandpa's!
