Easter time.

We have been blessed this spring.

Our little Easter garden celebrated the cross and the empty tomb. He is risen!

We got these little people all dressed up.

I mean what's an Easter photo without a gorilla.

Elin was less happy without the gorilla.

Finally they all smiled at the same time. This was picture number 29.

Then we had an egg hunt! The kids hid each other's eggs, so first, Viggo and Svea hid Elin's eggs.

She was on the move.

Eggs, eggs, eggs!

Then Elin and Viggo hid Svea's eggs.

And Svea and Elin then hid Viggo's eggs.

Svea hugged Elin and Elin made an "Aww!" sound while I took this picture.

Aww.

Time to check out the egg bounty!

Elin let Nate open most of her eggs.

Elin tries to decide what flavors the salt water taffies were.

Easter was good.

It got even better when Svea later volunteered to wash the floor.

She was really, really careful not to step on any of the cleaning fluid. She actually got after me when I tried to go downstairs because she was afraid I was going to mess up her hard work.

And then Elin put herself down for a nap 30 minutes before dinner.

They clean the house and put themselves to bed. So technically this would qualify as a great Easter.
