It rained off and on all day today, so we stayed inside and enjoyed Viggo's last day of Easter break. Who knew that a week and a half off from preschool could be so wonderful? If only it would be just a few more days . . . we all loved just being at home.
Breakfast: lately Svea's been eating with her eyes closed because she thinks that is
so funny.
Viggo and I played one of his favorite games, Sequence, while Svea took her morning nap. I won both rounds and felt kind of bad - Viggo was visibly disappointed, but was still polite and a good sport despite his loss. So I let him beat me at checkers tonight. He was thrilled to go to bed with a win under his belt!
Once Svea woke up it was time to get busy. They stamped and colored. I got to do the laundry. Somehow I think they got the better deal.
Viggo loves his dinosaur stamps. He creates scenes with dinosaurs either being friends or predators (usually predators).
I stamped for Svea and she did the coloring. Inkpad privileges are a responsibility, not a right!
Her sweet face just makes my day!
