Lane and Soren came to visit!

Lane and Soren came last weekend. Yesterday morning we had to say goodbye . . .
But we had so much fun with them while they were here!

What a treat to have breakfast with such a good-looking crowd.

Soren and Elin held down one end of the table.

What. A. Cutie.

Viggo was filled with complete glee to share the back row with Lane.

We went to the Adventure Aquarium in Camden, New Jersey.
As we were driving there, Nate said, "Did you know Camden is the most dangerous city in America?"
Only the best for our guests.

Soren loved the water in all the touch tanks.

After the aquarium, we did a little tour around Philly.

We drove through Chinatown.

We drove by Independence Hall.

And the U.S. Mint.

We fell asleep in the car.
We had some adventures in the minivan.
Then we came home and put the children to bed.
And then we did crafts!!

Potato printing!

We carved mushrooms, flower blossoms, rectangles, assorted miscellaneous shapes . . .

And we printed them on dishtowels, Svea's camis, undershirts, cards . . . whatever wasn't nailed down.

Ice cream may or may not have been involved. *ahem* We may or may not have stayed up past midnight working on all our printed creations. Twice.
We had so much fun on Saturday. What could possibly top it? Sunday! Stay tuned . . .
